A basic chili recipe that’s easy to make and full of wholesome goodness!
Recipe for Quick n’ Easy Chili
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 – 14 oz. cans beans in tomato sauce
- 1 – 10 oz. can tomato soup
- 1 – 16 oz. can kidney beans
- 1 – 29 oz. can pasta sauce
- 1-2 teaspoons black pepper, or to taste
- 2-4 teaspoons chili powder, or to taste
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat and place ground beef in a large saucepan.
