Recipe for Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion minced
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 4 stalks celery chopped
- 4-5 potatoes peeled and cubed
- 2 pks pillsbury country biscuits
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In slow cooker mix soup, water, buttermilk, butter, onion, carrots and celery together.
