This cheesy, creamy hash brown dish has been a family favourite for more than twenty years and is great for brunch or as a side dish for dinner. It is so easy to make and always such a hit!
Recipe for Heavenly Hash Brown Bake
Ingredients
- 1 bag (2 lbs.)ranch style frozen hash browns
- 2 – 10 oz cans Campbells mushroom soup
- 2 cups (500 ml) sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup finely chopped or grated onion
- Parmesan cheese, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Mix all ingredients together very well and put into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until lightly browned and sides are bubbling.

A simple time-tested, moist, turkey stuffing recipe.
Mom’s Turkey Stuffing
Ingredients
- 1 loaf bread, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup softened margarine or butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1 onion chopped
Instructions
- Place cubed bread into large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
- Add to bread and blend until bread is evenly moistened.
- Place into the turkey before roasting.
- OR If you wish to bake it, add a cup of turkey or chicken stock, or water and mix until bread is moistened. Place mixture into a buttered casserole dish and bake at 350° F for 30 – 40 minutes.

These potatoes make a great side dish! An excellent recipe that can be made a day ahead or frozen. Very cheesy…very good!
Recipe for Supreme Potluck Potatoes
Ingredients
- 10 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 can (10 oz) Condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided in half
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 green onions chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in a saucepan until almost soft. Drain and cool.
- In a mixing bowl; combine soup, 1 1/2 cups cheese, sour cream, onions, salt and pepper; stir in potatoes.
