An easy, no-hassle, no baking required cheesecake. This dessert is very creamy and your favorite topping can be added!
Recipe for No Bake Cherry Cheesecake
Ingredients

Bottom Layer
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Cream Cheese Layer
- 2 cups (500ml) whipping cream
- 1 – 250 gram package cream cheese, softened

Topping
- 20 ounce can cherry pie fillling
Instructions
- Combine first three ingredients well and press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
- Whip whipping cream until peaks form.
- Add softened cream cheese and whip until smooth.
- Spread on top of graham crumb layer.
- Top with pie filling.
- Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
Change It Up!
Try some different toppings!
- Exchange cherry pie filling for any of your other favorite fruit pie fillings, like blueberry, raspberry or strawberry.
- Omit the pie filling and swirl melted chocolate into the the top of the cream cheese layer for a fancy, gourmet effect. For melted chocolate, measure 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon butter into microwaveable dish. Cook for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue cooking for 30 second intervals until chocolate is completely melted.
