Ingredients

- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons vinegar (be sure to add this ingredient last as otherwise it reacts with the baking soda)
