Moist Garlic Chicken

Crunchy coated chicken with a distinct garlic flavour is a mouth watering dish!

Recipe for Moist Garlic Chicken

  • 1/3 cup melted margarine
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 chicken breasts – halved
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  1. Combine margarine, garlic cloves, garlic powder and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine crumbs, cheese and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken in margarine mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.
  4. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Broccoli and Chicken Pasta Bake

Recipe for Broccoli and Chicken Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Italian seasoning
  • pepper
  • 8 oz. penne pasta
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 heaping tablespoon basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 5 mushrooms, sliced and sauted
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Italian bread crumbs

Swiss Chicken Rolls

A great way to serve chicken breast. Very moist and tender!

Recipe for Swiss Chicken Rolls

  • 3 chicken breasts – boneless, skinless
  • 3/4cup crushed soda crackers
  • 3/4 cup swiss or mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • pepper
  • 4 tablespoons mustard
  1. Cut chicken breast in half.
  2. Sprinkle cheese on meat and roll up each piece of chicken.
  3. Mix together the milk and mustard.
  4. In a separate bowl combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and pepper.
  5. Dip each piece of chicken in milk and then in crumbs.
