Crunchy coated chicken with a distinct garlic flavour is a mouth watering dish!
Recipe for Moist Garlic Chicken
- 1/3 cup melted margarine
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 chicken breasts – halved
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- Combine margarine, garlic cloves, garlic powder and salt.
- In another bowl, combine crumbs, cheese and pepper.
- Dip chicken in margarine mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.
- Place in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Recipe for Broccoli and Chicken Pasta Bake
Ingredients
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Italian seasoning
- pepper
- 8 oz. penne pasta
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3 cups milk
- 1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 heaping tablespoon basil
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 5 mushrooms, sliced and sauted
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Italian bread crumbs

A great way to serve chicken breast. Very moist and tender!
Recipe for Swiss Chicken Rolls
- 3 chicken breasts – boneless, skinless
- 3/4cup crushed soda crackers
- 3/4 cup swiss or mozzarella cheese
- 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 6 tablespoons milk
- pepper
- 4 tablespoons mustard
- Cut chicken breast in half.
- Sprinkle cheese on meat and roll up each piece of chicken.
- Mix together the milk and mustard.
- In a separate bowl combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and pepper.
- Dip each piece of chicken in milk and then in crumbs.
