A creamy potato soup that tastes like a loaded baked potato. So good and super easy! Great for using up extra baked potatoes!
Recipe for Baked Potato Soup
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2/3 cup flour
- 7 cups milk
- 5 large baking potatoes, baked, cooled, peeled and cubed, about 5 cups
- 1 large onion chopped, OR a few green onions
- 10 to 12 strips bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled OR 1 cup cubed, cooked ham
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe for Chocolate Chip Divinity Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- In another bowl beat sugar, shortening, egg and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix dry ingredients into creamed mixture and blend in nuts and chocolate.

Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 3/4 cups chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- In large bowl cream together first 5 ingredients.
- In another bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.

- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups white flour
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 cups raisins
- 3 3/4 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 cups wheat bran
- 1 1/3 cups olive oil OR canola oil
- 3/4 cup molasses
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup honey OR 1 cup brown sugar

- Mix flours, baking soda, baking powder, and raisins in a large bowl.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
