Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are so delicious you might find it hard to get them in the oven without eating all the batter. Chocolaty, chewy and sweet!

Recipe for Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter,melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 1/8 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg. beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix brown sugar and white sugar into melted butter.
  2. Place mixture in fridge to cool.
  3. In a separate bowl stir together flour, baking soda, and salt.

Ingredients:

  • 3 mashed, ripe bananas
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup oil

Instructions:

  1. In a medium sized bowl mix together mashed bananas and granulated sugar.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix together.
  3. Pour into a greased or non-stick loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 350°F

Recipe for Dark Ginger Snap Cookies:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c melted lard
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c molasses
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Beat lard and sugar until blended , then add egg: beat again.
  2. Stir in molasses.
  3. Sift dry ingredients into mixture and blend well.
  4. Let chill in the fridge for a couple of hours.
